"The pharmacy complaint they have just lost a customer for my brother there is a lady that work's there is very rude about everything I spoken too the manager an he said her name was Pam she shouldn't even be working there that's why I'm switching pharmacy I do not recommend this too no one they argue with you an don't explain anything. I pray all Publix pharmacy are not like this one is."

"Needed a specific prescription for my dog. I went to 3 pharmacies and no one could fill it within the state of Florida. Publix was the only one to reach out to my vet and have the conversation of using something very similar so I wasn't having to run all around town. I really appreciate them going the extra mile."

"The pharmacy staff was inaccurate when I called In advance to make sure I could walk in for my second dose of the Moderna vaccine. I left early from work because they assured me is be seen right away. I hired a car service and was made to wait 30 minutes. The staff was not nice about it at all. No empathy or sympathy."
