"Terrible experience at this pharmacy. First of all, the drive through takes an unreasonable amount of time and so it is no surprise that there are still cars waiting past the time the pharmacy is open. However once the clock turns 6, they refuse to take anyone who is waiting, even if they got there before closing. They put the closing sign right in front of my face. Extremely rude and poor customer service."

"Pharmacy kept me in the store for 40 min telling they didn't receive a prescription and after me calling the doctor to send it again they received prescription but told me they don't have medicine available. All this time they knew what kind of medicine I was waiting for to get a prescription and only after realized they don't have it. So frustrating"

"STAFF IN THE WALGREENS PHARMACY WHERE I HAVE TO GO ARE RUDE, HALF CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH and LASTLY, NOT ONLY DOES THE PHARMACY STAFF HANG UP ON YOU AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 20-50 MINUTES, I CALLED ONCE AGAIN TO SPEAK WITH PHARMACY AND/OR STORE MANAGER, AND I WAS LITERALLY DISCUSTED WHEN EVEN THE STORE MANAGER AGQIN LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 PLUS MINUTES BUT THEN DISCONNECTED BOTH CALLS. AND I WAS USING DIFFERENT PHONES... ITS A REALLY PATHETIC BUT EVEN SAD SITUATION WE ARE ALL IN..."

"I have never seen a worst drive through pharmacy than this one. After waiting for 20-25 mins, no one was showing inspite of seeing the cars through drive through. Please improve your customer service. I am going to change the pharmacy location."

"I had surgery and they made it so difficult to get my medications. My orders were cancelled and then switched without telling me and then I would confirm to make sure I had the right one and still didn’t. Everytime I put in an order for a specific time, it would be pushed back for days. I even put in an order, got a text that it was delayed and that it was out of stock, just to call an actual human pharmacist and find out that they have it in stock all along. Very stressful. Inconvenient that I’m going to have to drive further to get my prescriptions"
