"I came here On Monday for the recommendation of my PCP to do a PCR test I called the office in advance and was told that the test results would be available within 24 hours came into the app the pharmacy did the test lasted exactly about 35 minutes upon completion I was told by the pharmacist that the test results may be available same day as the Lab had not picked up the swabs as yet called on Tuesday at approximately 12 o’clock I was told computers were down to go back within 20 minutes call back within 20 minutes was told My results were pending no problem called back at 4:15 and was told that they were processed expect them in In an email nothing happened called a Wednesday was told they were processed and I should expect them in an email sometime Today call back at 2:30 to as these results I need it for my job not only that I personally need to know if I have Covid spoke with a representative she said she’s not seeing it updated multiple people have called in regards to their results and haven’t had them yet she was going to reach out to the lab that they have the contract with and I should call back within 20 minutes called back within 20 minutes and was told that the lab did not pick up the phone and she went ahead and sent a message out to the person who is in charge of the swabs and she’s waiting on a response and I should call back within another 20 minutes when the pharmacist comes back into the pharmacy That was at 3:15 now I have been calling ever since and the phone lines are out complete busy signal in a time like this when people are actually waiting on these results to know how they should move in there every day life when their jobs are dependent on these results this is unacceptable the treatment of your customers the lack of professionalism by whom ever you have that is processing these results and just the overall disregard for people under every day life under the circumstances when I called I was charged at $35 administrative fee I paid it why can I get my results mind you the cost for my test it’s going to be covered by my insurance which I’m sure you get paid for but on the other hand I can’t get my results the time went from same day to 24 hours to 48 hours to no response at all it is frustrating and I need some form of explanation as to what is happening to my PCR test"
