"This review is for my family member. Warning: Before ordering from this company, I recommend you to make sure that the part you order is 100% correct for your usage. Have them send you pictures of the part, dimensions of the part, or whatever the way you can verify before you sign the contract. Also, use a reputable credit card in case you need to file a dispute. I ordered a front part of the panoramic moon roof (glass) of a Lexus model. I messaged with a sales person and he said he had one that would fit. Based on his information, I purchased the part. After the purchase, I asked them to send pictures of the part. I should have done that BEFORE the purchase. The pictures showed a different moon roof part than what I needed. AUM still told me it would fit. When the part arrived, I knew it was a wrong part right away. I contacted AUM that it was a wrong part, and was forwarded to another department. I asked to give me a shipping method to return the wrong part. They said they would send one, but for some reasons, they were not able to. I asked for a refund, and they said they would refund since it was the incorrect part. However, they kept delaying the refund processing and return shipment processing for multiple weeks. I text messaged them many times. I called them more than a dozen time and left messages. When I could get hold of them, they said they would process returns and refund money in X number of business days. When the business day X came, no refund and no return processing. After about a month of back and forth and repeating the delay from AUM, I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I had to file the evidence of dispute (lots of text message screens, email from them promising the return and refund and the letter of statement from us on what happened). It took a few rounds of back and forth between me, the credit card company and AUM auto parts, but they finally gave up and took responsibility. The credit card company refund us the money when the dispute was filed."

"This business is a scam. I placed an order with Levin and Malcolm back in April for a BMW X7 seat. I was supposed to receive this order within 3 weeks of placing it. I have to this day not received the order. I was told the truck got into an accident the first, the other times, they didn’t have it in stock. In June I was offered a refund and I gladly accepted this as it was clear I wouldn’t get the seat I needed. To this day, I haven’t received a refund and the business has stopped answering my texts, emails and calls. Please do not order anything from these people as you will not received what you ordered and you will not get your money back. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, FBI internet scam department and I will be pursuing small claims court."

"I ordered a part on June 30 2023 and it is now August 28 2023 and I haven’t received the part yet. I have been constantly lied to that the part was coming on certain days but it didn’t arrive on those days. I They won’t give me a. Tracking number. I have asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money bake. They seems to be scammers. Not good people to do business with. They need to be taking off the Web. Ther are taking people money. It makes me sick to think about these scum bags!!!!"

"I orderedy transmission on june 23rd, and I haven’t receive the part yet they said las t week the transmission was expected to arrived and the truck got an accident then the delivery supposed to be this week and I’m still waiting, and I call them and they said is another issue , bla bla bla , and I ask for my refund and they said if next week I don’t receive the part they give me the refund and I said noooo I want my refund now cause I’m still waiting two weeks and supieses to be my transmission with me now Iman’s is not the case another issue occur like they said . So then they hang up the phone and never answer . I’m going to get to the lawyer with them if I don’t receive my refund"
