"I have purchased a firearm at Shooters World in the Villages and found the facility to be very professional, clean and well run. The most important aspect was having Range officers in the range area to help supervise patrons for safety and to assist any inexperienced shooters. The building and grounds are kept up like new with plenty of parking. I have been to over a dozen different gun ranges and this is the best I have found so far."

"A very professionally run and extremely well stocked gun store. As soon as you enter, someone is available to help you and they have a center area where you can try a great many firearms. You can take them off their stand and see what it’s like to pull the trigger and how the gun feels in your hand. They also have many guns for rent if you want to try shooting a gun before buying it . Their firing range accommodates the various guns we have, including shotguns and our ARS. The staff are very helpful and there is no rushing and one feels very relaxed. Peter the gunsmith is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and you can speak directly with him. You don’t go through a third person. I would recommend this place to people who are very used to shooting as well as beginners because they have many classes available, and also private Training."

"My husband and I have taken 2 classes, one with Patrick and another with Hugh. Both are friendly and laided back with their teaching style, but that doesn't mean they don't take firearms VERY seriously. Their classes are low key and they're happy to answer questions throughout the lesson. We shot in both classes, John assisted Hugh that day and he was easy to work with as well. We've become members because of our experience thus far and have signed up for another class. The retail and desk staff have also been exceptional in answering questions, showing us many firearms and and getting us signed up for classes. The facility is very nice and also clean. The safety rules are clear and seem to be followed to the letter to keep everyone safe. We look forward to spending lots of time doing some recreational shooting!"
