"I’m traveling all weekend and had to make a last minute I-will-be-without-my-prescription-all-weekend-if-don’t-make-this-stop refill pickup. On 1-4 with a traffic slowdown and GPS said I’d arrive around close. I spoke with Lindsey (Not Mary) and she offered to stay open past close if needed. Thankfully I made it with minutes to spare. Not my usual pharmacy location, but they took care of my needs nonetheless. Excellent customer service!"

"Why pay for Florida Blue doctor care when the pharmacist will over rule the doctor care? This pharmacy is a joke. They use their "professional opinion" to refuse to fill medical prescription. The pharmacy will deny anything they don't dem to be right. Watch out for this location."

"Well i was doing so good ended up in hospital last night vomitted 3 times d/c the sad part i was compliant took all diabetic meds advocated for myself needed appointment f/u PCP very soon to go on insulin the office at durani was so disappointing made me so upset the office receptionist made me cry she made snide comment well you didnt show for appointment knowing i been hospital in and out hospital made snide belittling remark knowing i had bladder infection now advocating for myself i needed to be seen today and get on insulin right away what was worse i had follow up telehealth appointment wednesday she gave me ultmatium and neglected me by canceling my appointment all together come in or not not be seen at all ...i felt neglected i told the office personel my bs was 300 to 200 my medicine wasnt work she said well come in then thursday or friday i told her i cant wait that long she totally blew me off..so bad i hung up and warned im finding another provider...i felt as patient i was neglected and wouldnt attend my needs..no patient or person should ever feel this way"
