"I was tired of dealing with Walgreens and CVS corporate-chain pharmacies giving me issues about my medications or just being generally incompetent and unfriendly. That put me on a search for a locally owned pharmacy, which led me to Winter Springs Pharmacy. I’m so glad I found them! It’s a true hometown type pharmacy where the pharmacist knows your name. Joe is so friendly, kind, and compassionate. I tell everyone I know about this pharmacy because it’s truly a wonderful local business that I’m happy to work with."

"Go here. They are wonderful. I transferred my prescriptions here after having many repeated issues with the CVS across the street. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Winter Springs Pharmacy fills your prescriptions on time, and more importantly, treats you like a human. They even helped walk me through an issue I was having with CVS Caremark's bureaucratic red tape. Caremark tries to coerce people into going to CVS, even though other pharmacies are in-network, but the staff at Winter Springs Pharmacy personally helped me to resolve the issue quickly and with little hassle. That means a lot to me."

They care!! They have assisted me working through insurance issues. He is quick to fill the prescriptions, doesn't make you wait and wait. "I borderline want to downplay my review to keep this such a hidden gem! This place is absolutely great. You always get someone on the phone easily, and they’re incredibly fast and helpful. Being a smaller pharmacy, I worry about them not having things in stock but I haven’t had any issues so far. Very very happy with them!"

"As there is a shortage in my prescription medication, I decided to call a pharmacy in my area and saw this one. When I mentioned my prescription, the technician immediately said no. When I asked if I could have my doctor call in a lower dose until I could get mine filled, he refused, stating that he DOES have it but is saving them for existing patients if they need them. I need them now. I would have become an existing patient had your team not admitted to having my medication that I have been taking for the past 15 years, but wouldn't dispense it to me. While I can appreciate his loyalty to his existing patients, he also admitted that no one has ordered them yet! No one is waiting for them...but he cannot take a new patient at this time. Well, I would have appreciated your assistance very much and became a loyal customer, but now you lost a new one as well as the ones you will lose when their prescriptions cannot be filled by you and your organization. Do the right thing. Why not help a human being who needs these meds in order to function properly when your other patients haven't ordered them yet? Do not recommend. Very cold towards new patients."
