"So this Napa the manager's Stewie is a total a******. He lies when I started working there he told me that in 90 days they would get a raise. After my 90 days what's up he waited a month and a 1/2 before telling me that I was not going to get a raise because I messed up and delivered the parts to a wrong place. He used that as an excuse he treats his customers like s*** . As well as As employees. They have parts sitting on the back shelves for some of their regular customers as in lane, brockman and B and G deal 1st 3 that come to mind and they have parts back there that he won't let us take to them but they've already been paid for and signed for. He's a grumpy m*********** that stands there all day playing on his phone and his rude to his customers as well as his employees I would never work for that place again and I would not suggest anyone work for him at all."
"Decent store for auto parts and some home related tools. Customer service could be better. I just wanted to ask if they had a certain product available in the store, and had to wait for quite a while to get someone to help me. There were at least 3-4 others behind me waiting to get someone to help. Otherwise they have a good selection of things and if they don't have it in store, they can get it for you to pick up from the store within the next 1-2 days. You can also order things online with fast free shipping if your order is over a certain amount."
