"Just called to see about changing my pharmacy cause my Dr recommended to change cause my pharmacy is soon going to be going out of business and there always seems with some of my meds are always on back orders. She asked me what meds I'm on then don't even let me finish telling she cut me off and tell me that being that have to control meds and I don't get enough of other meds they can't help me. How do you know you didn't even let me finish or even get my name to look up anything. Glad am not using y'all. Just disrespectful the way you talked to me. It seems to me you were More worried about the control meds and just judge me right off without knowing anything about me or my health."
