"I have been trying to renew a prescription all morning and the pharmacy phone keeps going into an answering machine. I contacted the stores help desk and was told they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to wait until the pharmacy opens. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!"
