"The cashier would not let me buy fabric st the register at 6:53. Even though I understand it is close to closing, it is still operating hours. I asked if could get fabric cut, and she mentioned the cutting table closed. So I mentioned i could buy the whole roll (there wasn’t much left ) . She replied that it was close to closing and to just let them close. To think I could buy something during a store’s operating hours is pretty crazy , right?"

"When I walked into the store it looked like nobody was in there. one client at the cashier and nobody helping . I went to the back of the store and saw a woman and and man...both employees and asked for what I was looking for. the response was ...it is on aisle 16 but I don't know where... I was very upset it took me forever and then when I went to pay a very nice young girl apologized and she told me that I was dealing with the manager and the assistant of the manager! Horrible experience and I hope I don't have to go back..."

"Found what I wanted at a reasonable price. Great choices, awesome merchandise, I come here for personal Projects and my own projects. Every Halloween and Christmas season I come here to get Ideas. We love this store, great staff always great help and so kind. Thank you JOANN Fabric it made the shopping a lot easier! Parking was easy."

"Even though this store is not as big as others has a good selection of things. The place is clean and organized but painfully understaffed. My low rating is because of that. You spend more time finding a worker to help you cut your fabric or to go to the cashier so you can pay than what you spent finding your things. They have on average 2 people so even when they want to be helpful and answer questions or guide people to where the things are, they can’t because they have to be at the register or cutting or putting stuff in the shelves etc. Is sad because I know many of the staff, as I’ve been going to this store for like 7 years, they are nice people but some days the stress and people complaining get the best of them. I hope the store really read the reviews and see that they need more people!! I honestly sometimes just go to Michales instead which happens to be a couple of businesses away in the same plaza, just because I know Joann’s takes more time. So if you go there just plan for NOT an in and out kind of shopping experience."

"Nice store to and get some nice decor's for your everyday home. Need alittle more personal but still nice place. If you have some imagination you can come up with some cool designes. They have an amazing variety of threads for every occasion. If you have someone to make you a dress this is the place to get what your looking for"
