"At night, we visited the place with the objective of sending money to Mexico. My husband was receiving help from his son to make the transfer, which is why the employee asked in an unconventional way why he was helping him and minutes. then without making any calls he said that his company would not let him make the shipment. My question is ? What is the reason why this happened that caused the discontent of my husband and my son. Customer service is a priority or am I wrong?"
