"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. if i could give negative stars i would. i came to sell a 14k gold bracelet of the start the employee has a attitude for no reason all i said was good afternoon and i would like to sell my gold. so i brush it off then they give me a ridiculous price so i ask what percentage do they buy the gold and they didn’t even know. so your just throwing random numbers out there? that’s stealing and two i have a gold tracker app which tells you the price of the gold currently with the different types and the weight and percentage they pay. it was totally off. so i clear that up then someone else comes and takes over and tells me a different price. i say no thank you im leaving then they scramble n i just say no thank you the suponer service is horrible and you guys don’t know what your doing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE."

"These are the MOST Unprofessional group of Employees i have ever seen in a pawn shop. Been going there for 3 years because I went to Florida career college in the same plaza. I had a iMac 2021 and the old man made a whole brand new user on the account with a password that he forgot, and giving me straight attitude!!!!! don't go HERE!!!"
"I came to buy a laptop, left feeling unwelcomed as a potential customer. An attendant, with glasses and dirty blond hair in a ponytail, kept eyeing on me while I was browsing their selection of laptops. I was comparing specs between the computers but felt only attitude and annoyance from her "help". Showed no interest in assisting me, so I left in disgust.Gave an extra star for a previous purchase with a kind different attendant."
"I buy used laptops often, got one here a few weeks back. Had a one week warranty, and on the second week the battery is shot, screen starts dying, the hinge comes completely off (this is after only a couple uses). Since it past the warranty they wouldn't let me return it. Which would be fine if they didn't sell me a broken laptop. And that would be fine too I guess but they also advertised it having 4GB, it only has 2. Just go to a different pawn shop honestly."
