"I usually don’t write reviews, this is probably my first one EVER. But I thought it was necessary to warn other customers about how horrible this place is. I walked in to ask a question about the possible payment options for a cash advance. Jessika, was unable to answer this question because I wasn’t the owner of the account I was inquiring. She seemed to be bothered, and gave me a nasty attitude after I continued to try to get an answer from her. I understand that they can’t give me the details of the account, but as a general question they should be able to address it. She has zero manners and definitely no proper customer service training."
