"This place should get zero stars. I have never and never will bank here, and you shouldn't either. The only one who had an account here was my late mother, who passed away in Feb 2023. Closing her accounts has been a real nightmare. The slogan here is apparently "the customer is always wrong." Last month, my father deposited a check from the hospital for this account. The money wasn't credited to the account. The hospital is saying the check has been cashed. Another check was deposited and was cleared by the bank. This bank refuses to investigate what happened to the missing check and set the matters straight. It's a case of either gross incompetence or avoidance of good customer service. My father will be very happy once he closes this account for good."

I drive an extra 10 minutes to come to this branch because he just provides better overall customer service than the branch closer to my house.
