"I have never left a bad review at a place before. I opened my account in March and it's now almost June. I was told I would get a $250 dollar bonus and I still have not recieved it. I have made about four appointments in which they say they will resolve it but nothing has changed. I had an appointment over the phone today and no one called. I figured they were busy so I called them 45 minutes later, only for no one to pick up. People I know who have signed up after me had recieved their bonus months ago."

There was an issue when I was initially opened the accounts and the branch manager at the time was very quick, efficient, and kind with solving the issue.
