Fifth Third Bank & ATM

"Customer Service is terrible, the person named Saba who guided me to her office then tell me waited so she can finish something on her computer ( 10min), then she did not know what is the EFT bank transfer!...Then she left me to help another customer ( another 10 min)... I complained why she left me to help another person! She said because the bank is short handed!!! Then she said i have to wait another 30 min, for the headquaters to chat with her how to do the EFT that I was not able to do it online. I should rate as No star. will close my account"

"I can only assume that 5th 3rd bank does not like anyone to deposit actual cash and their bank. They have the absolute worst cash dispensing machines... it will not accept most bills and then it shoots them back all over the ground and the middle of the rain. It takes forever to deposit money I'm just going to go to Bank of America from now."

"Horrible bank. I have an account with this bank, walked in with a personal check at this location, the teller wasn’t not even paying attention, grabbed my personal check then said they don’t cash cashiers checks (again it was a personal check.) The way the teller threw my check and liscence all crumbled and slammed it down was down right rude and the manger was worse. AVOID THIS BANK. I’ll be calling corporate complaining about retraining and customer service skills because they are NOT PROFFESSIONAL. Stay away!!!!!!"

"Don't waste you time or money as a customer they rip off everyone you write a check to by charging a 1% fee. I received a check from a personal account and came in to this location and dealt with Ashley newton to cash this check. I have never gotten ripped off like this before. It makes sense why this is the only bank I visited that had ZERO other customers in it."
