"The inventory matched the items that I viewed on the website. I visited the store for supplies to host a 90’s themed birthday party. Great selection to choose from. Prices were reasonable. Very little staff interaction while in the store. Staff appeared to be engaged with one another. Cashier was polite while checking out. The cash register is located near the front of the store close to the entrance. Great idea if staff might greet customers when they enter."

"People who work there are wonderful. Very friendly and courteous. My only gripe is with Party City itself, their prices have gotten outrageous!! If you spend $14 on the balloon it gets inflated for free if you spend five or $6 on a balloon you have to pay for it to be inflated. If I am buying a balloon from your party store then getting it blown up should be included. I know times are tough but a balloon store should inflate the balloons they sell. Not make you pay extra for that."
