"24 Capital and Elliott especially are great. We’ve got nothing but good things to say about them, but in particular they’re easy to work with and flexible in helping to accomplish our goals. In short, they’re effective in getting deals done quickly. We’ve had lots of success with them in the past, and look forward to getting more deals done with them in the future."

"As of 8/29/18 we got into a business transaction with 24 capital it was a reverse consolidation Loan which entails they put in money each week to cover the other positions I have open and for that we pay them a daily fee. This worked out very well up until 10/15 on this day the young lady that was handling my account got her self locked out of my acct because of incorrect password attempts, conversation with her ended with me requesting to speak with supervisor as she locked herself out weekly even when we copy and pasted and emailed the password to her.. due to her having issues logging in I requested to speak with the supervisor, upon my request, office assistant was present to witness the conversation, there was a threat from the young lady stating I was blocking her from doing her job and she was just gonna tell her boss and let him handle it and he would probably put me in jail and hung up. After calling her back at the same number 2 times with no answer I called the broker who set this up, he told me he would talk to the company and get back with me. Next day, never heard back so I called first thing in the morning still no answer then I received a phone call from a gentleman named John Casey, Mr. Casey works with a company that is a debt resolver and he talks very much against many companies such as 24 capital and he informed me a judgement had been filed stating non payment. I informed him that’s not true I’ll get with 24 captial first and call him after. Once again, me thinking I was dealing with a legitimate company I didn’t need an attorney to handle this, I assumed it was just miscommunication. So I contacted the broker once again and he said he’s checking on it, later in the day he called back and informed me that yes one has been filed and we’re only charging me 40,000, the remainder of the bill. when i asked about payments they were receiving daily not listed in the judgement he said he'd check on it and get back to me. Later on I was contacted by Abby thru abf another company who is a collection company for 24 capital they informed me it was for 63,000 not 40,000 and they would seize my acct of I don’t pay it off right away! I asked them about my pmt I paid for this week also stating the comp never failed to get a payment and i was informed evidently payments weren’t paid So after major battles come 10/31 they locked my acct and stopped the payments from being made to them or anyone else.. by seizing my acct.. As of the 9th the agreement was made with 24 to release checking acct immediately and we’d proceed making payments starting the 13th I was told everyday acct would be released calling bank and company and collection agency multiple times throughout the day and and was still continuous lies to and acct was held a new guy came in the picture named Anthony wanting to know why I wasn’t paying which indicates to me no one knows what’s going on after explaining he informed he’d take care of it once again changed agreement to 20th due to delay everyday during the time I was told act was released Finally 11/16 I contacted the marshals office myself and found out they never received release form 24 capital so that’s why it wasn’t released Abby stated they sent it she’s collection agent which everything she said never was true so I have my doubts that marshal office wasn't lying Abby was. Acct was finally released on 11/16 and acct was debited 11/19 one working day after acct was released which is not the agreement of 5 working days another lie I’m under duress once again trying to get funded so I don’t go negative in my act to cover mess 24 capital has me into so with this being said I want everyone out there to know doing business with them you stand a chance with losing your company they are the biggest rip off, liars, cheats and thieves. I wish you luck my company is now shut down and now I’m having to file bankruptcy. This is a company that averaged a check balance of 30,000 bringing in 100,000 a month supporting 12 employees now all lost jobs and all money lost all because someone wanted to lie."

"Terrible company, will rip you off. I was an ISo submitted a deal which they approved for 20k, had client sign contract, then Moshe Chaim the rep came back and said after review they could only do 10k, again had contract signed. Then he came back and said that the client had a previous default and they could not fund the merchant. 2 days later 24 capital and Moshe funded the merchant for 52k, and refuse to answer my calls or emails. Nothing! Stay away from these people especially Moshe, they are unethical, unprofessional and should not even be in business. I have copies of both contracts. they not only told a lie about the client they made me and my ISO look bad. The only thing I can say is that Karma will come back and get them. I have to pick a star if I could give negative stars I would."
