"Took my ps4 in to trade and grab a part for my ps5. They told me a price. I said ok I’m cool with that. They looked over my ps4 everything worked as should then they came back and said they considered the PS4 damaged, because there were somewhere on the controller itself. Not the console. They even said the damage price is because the wear on just the controller. It’s not broke or anything just wear in places you hand grips. So I’ll just Put it up for sale and buy the ps5 adapter from Walmart."

"The girl that worked this morning with the long black hair and horrible makeup is a complete idiot. She refused to open the box and as she was making us take everything out for her the phone was ringing off the hook and she said it's just gonna have to ring, I can't multitask. There was one other person in the back of the store, not sure if it was a customer or worker. She first said we couldn't return a product because we bought it in 2012 which is impossible when we questioned her she then tried to say she said this year however her comment as she laughed was we bought it years ago and way past the warranty. She continued making snarky remarks even as we were leaving. People like that shouldn't work in customer service and because of her we took our business elsewhere as we were there to just return and get new headphones. We had a different girl there before who was amazing, friendly and actually knew how to serve customers bit because of this experience we will be going elsewhere."
