"Awful, Awful just Awful!!! They mislabled our loan, cannot access our portal, been lied to by 100s of SBA contractors, transferring us for over 2 years with no help. No call backs, no emails. We contacted the white house and the congressmen, Governor and as many ppl as we can. The news is next. I'm starting to believe that the SBA does NOT help anyone. They are a poorly run organization. They DONT care about the small business at all!!! UPDATE: They sent us a random email telling us our payment plan ended on December 2 2023 when infact it ends on March 2024. Well, just the other day they sent an email out of the blue stating it ends on March 2024. We have a folder at least 3 inches thick of constant errors from the SBA. They will not cooperate with us at all. I am sick that we ever trusted them in the first place. They do NOT have anyone to talk to. No wonder every business in America is suing them. SMH!!!"

"have been waiting for my EIDL loan since 2020. They are always coming up with excuses such a "the 4506-T form is unreadable" but they tell you that after 5 month when I call to check. Because if I call to check everday as I used to, they tell me "to wait, is being processed". They just do not want to give you the money. You are guilty because you had my case in reconsideration for more than 1 year and you was giving more money to another applicants while I was in recons that’s not professional off course funds have been exhausted"

"SBA excelled in denying my small loan which online appears I declined it. For 13 months they sent form 4506-t for a business that didn’t exist in June 2020 because I applied as an IC. For 13 months they sent me form 4506-t for a business and SBA had me busy filling, resending forms that they say was missing the word ‘owner’ or ‘sole proprietor’. I applied as an IC not as an incorporated business. Each 4506-t form they sent was for an entity. Each 4506-t as IC they ignored while SBA shoot me 4505-t for a business. I told every staff I have no established business. You can never talk to adjudicators only remote staff so everything said is lost in translation. On the 13th month, I was sent an email to create a user name and password and accept or reject a loan offer. Next week loan offer said ‘declined.’ I did not decline loan. June 13, 2021 SBA informs me ‘we are unable to approve your loan request.’ That if I would like to reconsider, to RESUBMIT for the sixteenth time every form I submitted and resubmitted since June 2020 numerous times. SBA is not efficient and helpful and interested in helping little ppl struggling from the pandemic consequences. They are holding federal help for workers but they delay or squander said funds SBA has to have a regulatory body overlooking doubted claims of small businesses that are denied loans. Specially overlooking SBA’s claims of fraud to small businesses. This is serious allegation here they state that in today’s email: Unverifiable information could include, but is not limited to: * Our ability to confirm the identity of the applicant (s) or principal (s) of the business * Owner information could not be independently validated * Bank account and/or routing number is incorrect or could not be independently validated * Bank account ownership does not match business name * Digital identity fraud suspicion and/or suspicious online behavior SBA must be held accountable and there should be an office where we can appear to rebut these false allegations: Shame on adjudicator (Antonio Diaz) for wasting precious resources which this IC is entitled to receive and for not taking the time to listen to IC messages left with remote staff: ‘There is no incorporated business.’ Incorporated business never got off the ground because SBA drawled with Redundant forms SBA didn’t need. There were other critical messages left by IC about future change of address from current address which SBA doesn’t not allow to change and verify online and further allege and treat loans of identity fraud and suspicious behavior. What agency overlooks SBA? SBA cannot get away with inflicting false allegations not just to me but to many GIG or IC workers?? Thank you."
