Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Be careful banking here. I’ve been with BofA for over 20 years. Today all I needed was change and they wanted to go through my account and see how much money was in my account and to look at my profile. I called the customer service and they told me I should have never been asked to insert my debit card. That showing them my card and a state ID would have been fine. Also talked to a supervisor just to make sure that info was correct and he said yes and that it don’t make sense that they would have me insert my debit card. Be care. That’s sketchy to me. They shouldn’t need to know the amount of money I have in my account to do give me some change."

"THIS BANK IS GARBAGE!!! Called this guy and asked about an appointment. I was told I couldn't get an appointment, but I could walk in, arrange 5 people to meet there walk in to sign in then see same guy. He then said he couldn't help me and then he said, "I said you can walk in, you just can't walk in today". 2 employees standing there, just need 1 persons last name changed on a few accounts. Apparently, this is done in stone and this big bank just doesn't care. This is the last straw in a long string of this bank overall being worthless. Trust me, go to another bank! Suncoast helps me every time. One star is minimum, I would totally give it zero if i could."

"1 cashier working on Saturday. 10 people line, very slow moving . Spent 20 min just to withdraw $$. The cashier is taking his sweet time by chatting to customers and coworkers."

"Man bank of America is the worst bank iv ever used. I used to have 2 accounts with them till I moved and when I closed my account they never actually closed it and it started racking up charges and they only notified me 3 years later with some outrageous sum. So I left them behind well now 8 years later I decided to give them a chance with a business account and low and behold I stuck my card Into the ATM for the first time to activate it and the machine took the card and then said out of service.... so now my card is stuck in the ATM and I can't use my business account... iv been on the phone for over 2 hours just trying get someone to take some accountability but every one I have got in contact with (5 separate people) and every one of them just said that's not something I can take care of and they transfer me. After 30 min of phone selection options and another clueless person I'm at my wits end I will never use bank of America again"

"Worst branch I've ever seen. Over 15 people in line for one teller with 3 staff members standing around by the door. Zero customer service skills."
