"Irina was great and she made stressful situation bearable. My account was hacked and funds were transferred out to unknown individuals. Irina reviewed each account to make sure everything was accurate and she set up new accounts for me. She even made sure I had access to some banking features I didn’t even think of asking for. Honestly, I didn’t think it was going to go as smoothly as it did today and I was ready to change banks. Especially since I couldn’t get someone on the phone to talk to initially and was on hold forever. They really need to do something about the customer service line. However, I’m really glad Irina was my in-person account rep."
