"Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’d rather be tricked into a crazy expensive new upgrade than completely dismissed like I was. I was told my needs couldn’t be accommodated in the store, and that I would need to call 611. I did call 611, and the actually helpful human on the other end was confused as to why the store couldn’t help me. I was told she could help me over the phone, but it would be so much easier to do in store. So, naively, I went back into the store, thinking that because I now knew what exactly I needed it should be an easy process. Boy, was I wrong. The employee in the store wouldn’t let me explain to her what the helpful people at 611 had just explained. She told me that because her manager agreed they initially didn’t know how to help me that she couldn’t. She reluctantly offered to call him, with the best attitude I’m sure she could muster—which was less than pleasant. In an effort to not bother her with my existence, I left, and can guarantee I won’t be back. At this point, I’m having my phone number released so I can swap carriers."
