Edible Arrangements

"This is the flower I orderd on the website versus what it was delivered. I thought it was very disrespectful of not even calling me to let me know. The lady I spoke with said sorry and she didn't called me because it was busy and if wasn't these red flowers they wouldn't deliver flower. Why she didn't call to give options as I coild buy a larger platter or something else but they wanted to make money based on a fake adv. Just watch out when you buy and call them to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to."

"I ordered a delivery for Friday, Valentines day, that never made it, although they assured me over the phone that it would make it in time. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received a reply from them. They claim to be very responsive via messages as well, but they are exactly the opposite, very unresponsive. Two thumbs way down for a company I've used successfully in the past. Do not recommend anymore."

"Really disappointed in the service today. I placed an order last night for today and I couldn’t reach anyone! So I called corporate and they said they had received my order. I also mentioned that the phones were down. They said they’d see what was going on. So I didn’t receive ANYTHING as a “confirmation” as to when they would be preparing the arrangement. Which was said to be done. Also the tracking number wasn’t working. I called corporate again and the lady told me she didn’t think that they wouldn't deliver the package today. But she couldn’t tell me anything more. Because NOW after I called at 11 am and it’s now 4pm. They want to tell me the store that I ordered from has had technical issues (I get it, things happen. But then inform the people that ordered from them) So here on my anniversary, I was sending my bf an arrangement. That he now is not receiving that I paid a lot of money for. Plus he works long hours and now I’m not even sure if he will be able to get it, when they now have to bring it the next day."

"Excellent customer service & (surprisingly) affordable! I always walk in with a craving but no idea what to get. Stephanie helped me today recommending an amazing kale+pineapple smoothie that was green, but deliciously sweet and not pungently kale-tasting! I also walked out with a cone of chocolate dipped strawberries! It was awesome that they had a mixed (white & milk chocolate) variety to pick from."
