I called and spoke to Linda and explained the situation and what I wanted. She delivered a beautiful arrangement to my friend that conveyed my love and care. It was so nice to talk to the florist instead of ordering from some random toll free number. Linda even called my friend to arrange a delivery time when someone would be home.
