"THIEVES AND CROOKS!!! I just found out that my acct was closed and they have taken my money!!! They said it was inactive. They said they mailed me notices. I have received nothing in the mail from them except the stupid life insurance offers. I am livid! I have not worked for years, that is why it has been inactive. I call and the manager is rude and unhelpful. Tells me nothing they can do. Meanwhile I have been a customer of theirs for decades, had two car loans through them. Both paid off early. And this is how they treat me! You should be ashamed of yourselves taking money from the poor!"

"Poor service before the pandemic, as well as after, but I like how they’re using that as an excuse. Poor rates: cds, loans, savings etc. Loans rates can easily be beat by other institutions. Antiquated system. No access to your funds and everything is done by mail. Most of the time I tried signing online the system was down or updating and again this was long before the pandemic and it was all the time. Including bill pay, which a lot of people don’t know, paper check sent by mail. No other financial institutions does this. Get your money out as fast as you can and put them out of business. They don’t appreciate loyalty so stop being loyal. 22 yr old account… closed… and good riddance. In response to your comment I have absolutely no interest in contacting you ever. Chanel is the most obnoxious and loud unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. I will never have an account with you again. Lynne also attributed to this. Like I said good riddance."

"My Girlfriend and I went in to apply for auto refinance loan. We opened an account with them to apply for the auto refinancing. We finally received A letter stating that we were denied. After calling Sun credit union directly, We spoke with Sharon whom was a loan officer. We asked many questions and trying to get understanding as to why we were denied as loan approvals are based on many variables. Sharon was being very vague with her answers and was not very detailed with their process with loan applicants until after asking multiple rephrased questions. We tried asking If she had any recommendations on what to do Moving forward with any other methods to reapply or suggestions on applying at other locations or even applying at another time. Sharon continued to be direct and non empathetic Of the situation and bluntly saying that we should just pay off our debt not knowing the situation and how the debt came about, such as a death in the family or illness. Overall, the experience was disappointing. We were referred to this credit union by family and the customer service and care was just not there, ending with your denied and have a good one."

"When I started with them 4 years ago they were great. Something has changed within the past year. They no longer want business accounts. ( I am a small business owner), they have shrunk debit card limits to $1000 a day for all types of accounts, you have to call to get a raise but they only have phone hours between 10-3 Monday-Friday and they have said that will be shortened again, they offer little to no services or help for customers/members, and the biggest issue that I just ran into Myself and a few other Members have noticed that about 9% of our balances have been disappearing each week. No one seems to want to investigate, or tell us why, we already pay monthly fees, and according to our TOS and Bylaws there aren't supposed to be any other fees. I just pulled all my funds, personal and business and am switching to a larger bank."
