"Went to open college account with son. Outrageous wait. We have 5 accounts and a business account here. Got to watch the greeter and 2 teller chat on the payroll while 4 groups waited for a banker. Bad business, bad management. Went to Wells Fargo where we also have accounts and we were serviced right away."
