"There was a sign for a surge protector on sale from 69.99 to 28.99. I take it to check out and it rings up 69.99, I even go take a picture of the sign (attached) and the lady says oh ok and walks away. Comes back and says “yeah we can’t honor that.” What is the point of having signs/sales if you don’t actually have the sale going? They could care less about helping anyone. This was just my latest experience in this cestpool of a location."

"I was referred here by T-Mobile I was told to come to the geek squad which when you come in through the entrance the one off Palm Beach lakes is right to the right I went up to the counter I encountered a gentleman name l e n n y n t e j e d a super nice I was having a problem with some silly application on my phone that I did not buy from Best buy this guy solves the issue within seconds if you have any kind of technical computer problem phone problem can I suggest you go to geek squad at Best buy thank you guys!"
