"I’m very unhappy about this store , because when I was first time ,I was thinking this guys is friendly . But no. It’s just first impression... I was pawn my things a lot of time here ,and I never was late . I always was on time . And on my last experience, I pawned my things and lost it . I had a surgery . I did not came to this store ,because , I just forget about anything...When I was Better , I have remembered about my things ,and I get big stress , because ,I lost it. The guys charges a big fee,but they did not call me and did not memorize me about my staff . I’m so unhappy about this ,I had a lot experience with another pawn shops ,and they have automatic system with reminder . I was calling ,and try to get my staff (I don’t care how much it’s can be ) just get it back , but guy who answered, he was not interesting to spoke with me , because , he don’t care about me . He care now , only about people ,who can bring money into their business. I understand,it’s my folk ,but , if this guys was remind me before their put my staff on sale , I could find a friend who could take my things.... it’s first bad my experience there .... I never forget it .... I was pawn it so cheap , because ,I did it need a lot of money then ...."
