"Damaged the bracelet of my watch on a simple resizing. The woman behind the counter took ages to do what should have been a 5 minute job and I received the watch back scratched all along the bracelet. Not to mention she didn’t even push the pins all the way back in and they now protrude."

"Do NOT bring your jewelry here! I need two piece fixed quickly and decided to give this place a shot. Upon dropping off my items, I was told it would be ready 5 days later (dropped it off on Wednesday, they said they can have it ready by friday but I said it was fine and could pick it up Monday). Keep in mind my fixes were EXTREMELY easy just soldering a chain and I was charged $50, which I assumed was an uncharged for the quicker service. I show up on Monday and my pieces are not ready. The woman at the front was rude, on edge and snappy and told me it would be ready Tuesday. I show up the next day and it is STILL not ready and to my disbelief, this woman still has the audacity to be rude after telling me the wrong date twice. I ended up picking up my jewelry THURSDAY when I was told it would be ready on Monday and when I asked for a discount for all the huge inconveniences she said no. Do not come here, just save ur time and money and go to a professional repair shop because you will not find this here."

"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Looks like someone tried to pry it open with a screwdriver! Brand new watch! 1000 in damage! I'm so offended!Brought a watch to remove some links and came back with irreplaceable case and bracelet damage. Incomprehensible how this could even occur. Looks like it has been beaten with hammers."

"I came to get my gold chain shortened and turn the extra into a ring. The lady told me the jeweler won’t work with metals that aren’t his own. Very strange concept for a “fast jewelry repair” store… waste of time. Happy I didn’t give them my jewelry once I read their reviews. Next time I’ll check google first"

"I had my husbands watch battery change here 2 weeks ago. On the same day I picked it up he went swimming as he always does and the watch is destroyed. I called the same day to explain to have the woman tell me I must have done something to it. Also got a tiny clasp for my daughters necklace fixed which was total 50 dollars. Broken watch ..Awful service and nothing they can do for me. Learn from me do not go here."
