"I recently experienced fraudulent activity on my account which lead me to be distraught . I went in to the bank and a lady by the name of Alexis Nation she, took her time as she tediously patiently worked on my account ,as to ensure that my account gets recovered in a timely manner . I can honestly say for the 23yrs I’ve been banking @ BSCU this lady made me PROUD to have been a member for so long . She LISTENED to my heart cry and immediately closed my old account and reopened me a new one . She advises me to let the fraud team do their part while moving forward she helped me with added security features to my new account. She told me if I had any further questions to give her a call . Which I did 2 days later and again she was able to assist me promptly. Now that’s customer service. At first I was planning on leaving BSCU but the help I received from Ms Alexis made me decided to stay on as a member. Long story short my account was recovered in 2days ….. Thanks to BSCU TEAM and Ms Alexis for their expeditious efforts in recovering my assets ."

"This place is beyond incompetent. I came to withdraw money like I do on a weekly basis and the teller in turn paid a bill off that was already paid, because she assumed I wanted to send a random amount to that bill (which mind you isn’t even the bills amount). Now they are telling me they don’t know what to do the money is gone, I’m beyond pissed because now my bill will be late and I will get hit with a late fee. Meanwhile as I’m dealing with this it turns out they let a person withdraw a huge lump of money from someone else’s account! The police were called because they allowed a scammer to withdraw that huge amount of money! Do not use this branch for your own safety of funds. The teller by the way is named satara so do not let her touch your account you’ve been warned!"

"Wait time for a return call is always 60 min or longer. Bank Rep in person, gave me the wrong online log-in information & didn’t work. So I called. Then … they send a debit replacement card on the account I just closed !!! Another call. Waiting another 5 days for a new card, then 4 more to get the Pin. Customer service has gone down the last few years"
