"Had to edit my review. Initial purchase went well. But the piece was not 100% ready to go yet. It needed to be polished really badly still. Chino told me to not worry come back in a couple days and he would get it done. After texting him he doesn’t respond to messages now. When I DM the Instagram someone else named “Marge” responded to me and has never answered again. Will update this review again once the business resolves my issue."

"UPDATE TO THE BELOW REVIEW: Chino and I were able to connect and sorted all problems out. Full order was completed to satisfaction. Ended up being an issue on the banks end and not Gold Fever Miami or Chino. Chino expedited the shipment of the order. I only left the below to show that through the difficulties there was resolution. Dated 12.27.23. If there was less than a star that is what i would give. After i went to pick up my first order in Miami, im from Jersey i thought they were trustworthy. When i placed an order for 3 chains in May 2023 and left more than 50% down, i was never contact led or updated on the order until i called in August 2023. Chino gave me the runaround saying he was short staffed and he didn’t have anymore silver and he would send tracking information knowing that he did not deliver the packages to ups/usps. I called and asked for the chains or the money back and he still has not sent either. I am not a hater and do not embellish the facts. My strong recommendation to you if you are considering Gold Fever Miami is to Choose another company. I am looking to start a class action on this company. If they have wronged you reach out to me. DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED AND HONEST DOLLARS WITH THIS COMPANY."

I reported to the BBB, went to the police and is looking into starting a class act. Too many people are scammed from this place to still be up."
