"Came to pick up a gun on Saturday. The store says it's open Saturday from 11am to 7pm. However, its closed at 2:40pm. They are not answering calls either. I waited/called for 30 min, and no one came. Four more people arrived and left as no one was at the local."
"I baught a product from them at the ft Lauderdale gun show. When using it, The item had so many issues, it was completed unsafe. Took the item back to them one week later and the clerk agree that the product was faulty but decided not to do anything about it. Told me that the policy states its not their problem after it's sold. Still doesn't make it right. This will be my last transaction."
