"These people could not have been nicer. Stopped in at 5:45 with an emerald pendent repair, purchased a chain for pendent, removed a watch link, added two weights to my wedding ring to stop it from spinning around and cleaned my ring. It looks amazing! All done by closing at 7:00 pm. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also string pearls and can fix unusual jewelry. Very nice, hardworking family."
"This is the place I take my watches for simple fixes. New batteries, new straps. The prices are fair and the work finished by the time I am done shopping in the mall. I have always been happy with the service. I've read the other reviews and after thinking about it, I think there must be several people who work there and who you get depends upon who is there because a few times I have met someone who just seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with small repairs. Although my repairs were always done well, I think if you have an item that is precious to you, perhaps you should develop a relationship with your local storefront jeweler who you trust. I would never drop off something I really cared about to a kiosk in a mall."
