"Danari at this Kay location is truly a rare gem. It is very rare these days to find someone with the customer service Level that she has. Honestly, it is just beyond impressive. Several months ago I went into Kay to buy a watch for our wedding. Not only did she remember that I was getting married and details about what I purchased. She takes the time to just go above and beyond altogether the entire staff here is just amazing it was extremely busy two days before Christmas And I still still felt her personalized attention. She was extremely was extremely helpful!"

"Incredible service!! I waited to make a review until my proposal (she said yes!!!). It all started when I purchased a watch on the website. I needed to get it sized. My initial encounter walking into the store wasn't that great. The person in there didn't seem interested in me at all and said the person who adjusted watches would be in the following day. Ok, no problem. I go in the following day and I meet the store manager, Jorge. He was very welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge of jewelry and the industry. I can see why he was in charge! He sized my watch for no charge (he did try to sell some things to me, which was expected), and I told him that I would be back next month to purchase an engagement ring. I was already shopping around, and after the professional service Jorge provided me, I knew I wanted to purchase one through him at Kay. I found the perfect Leo Light diamond ring online and presented it to Jorge a month later. He immediately took action and ordered it from another store in the state. I had my ring in a few days! The ring was perfect and my fiance loves it! I will continue to do business with Kay because of your store manager, Jorge. He is a true professional, and I thank him for his professionalism and service."
