"They know what they are doing...and they charge a fair price. I wanted to give my son a ring that was my dad's but it was much too big for his finger. Another jewelry store promised to order a ring guard but when I called a week later, I found that the owner did not even bother to order it yet. When I went to Sparkles Jewelers, Trevor tackled the issue immediately and saw that a simple ring guard would not work due to the large ring and my son's small finger size. A gold piece was soldered in and the fit is perfect. They also did this in a timely manner. Excellent knowledge and customer service. I will return for jewelry repair, but also to make a purchase from their fine selection. I feel comfortable dealing with Sparkles Jewelers. Excellent experience!"
