"Is it possible to give more than 5 stars?? I first stepped into this beautiful store a few years ago for an event. Even though I didn't buy anything and only gawked at the stunning jewels, gems and baubles, the warm sense of family I felt when I was there stuck with me, and when I got engaged, it was the first and only place that popped into my mind. We had a pretty unique request, to combine our grandmothers' diamond rings into one beautiful ring - even though they were completely mismatched. Raffi took the time with my whole family to collaborate on ideas, and even though we gave him quite a puzzle, it was incredible to watch his mind work as he came up with an initial design for us on the spot. I knew my future engagement ring was in good hands. About a month and a half later (we had the time to spare and told them not to rush perfection!), we were invited in to pick up the ring. It wasn't just a transaction - everyone in the store made it a celebration, and I will remember the moment I slipped the most gorgeous ring on to my finger for the first time for the rest of my life.
