"My recent visit to this pawn store was a mixed experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by a courteous man who inquired about my needs. However, while negotiating with the man, a woman accompanying him displayed unprofessional behavior by laughing at my offered price in another language, which I understood perfectly. Despite this, I commend the man for his professionalism and fair offer, hence the 5-star rating. However, the disrespectful conduct of the woman warrants a 0-star rating. I strongly suggest have this person do a re-training to improving professionalism and ensuring staff communicate in a language understood by all customers as this is not tolerate and disgusting. Overall, I cannot recommend this location."

"Just now took a milwaukee tool that i purshase not to long ago i doesnt come new with battery i put one of my other set the charger i only had one so i didntwant to pawn but they wont take it without a charger"

"Have never been into this pawn shop and NEVER again will I return. I walked in and an elderly Hispanic woman greeted me. As soon as I showed her the item I was hoping to sell and the price point I was hoping to be close to her entire attitude changed. My item was pushed towards me, and I was told with an attitude that a manager would have to help me because they ‘never give that much.’ I was shocked at how she replied to me as I wasn’t rude about what I had said. I stood and waited a bit while I could see 2 others in the back just standing around. She continued to work and when I asked when they’d come out to help, she couldn’t tell me. Thank you for the quick and poor experience."

"Good selection of jewelry and electronics. If you happen to need a loan, they're very understanding and willing to help with that as well. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly all the time."

"I've been coming here for well over 2 yrs i have a 100 percent rating and i brought in a guitar worth 200 and the acting manager offered me 60 and after listening to her tell me that yes she knows it's worth 200 but they have to make something,ni said 140. Dollars and she just smiled at me. I asked for the mgr she told me he was out for a month. Times are tough gas over 4.50 a gallon eggs at 3.50 a dozen and now you can't even get an honest deal at a place you've been spending your money at for awhile"
