"We recently requested a quote for our wedding in 2023 with no specific budget stated in the initial email. We received the following email from Rick. "In reply to your lead, first of all we do not take weddings on mother's day weekend, and the budget is far from realistic." A more professional response would have been greatly appreciated, Rick. We will take our business elsewhere and I advice others to do the same."

"Rick was incredibly rude in his response when I inquired about a 2023 wedding, letting me know that they "do not take weddings on Mother's Day Weekend" and my "budget was far from realistic", when I didn't even share a budget with him! Avoid this place if you can, and use another florist for wedding flowers! And Mother's Day Flowers too!"

"Made a online order. They were able deliver next day. Flowers were beautiful! Unfortunately some of them started to die by the end of the next day. I wasn't able to call in until 3 days later, but they were very polite and offered a refund or replacement. I had new flowers to replace the dead ones later that day. 5 star for the initial arangement, would have given low rating for the flowers dying the next day but excellent customer service puts them back to 5 star. Will definitely use them again."

"I continually use this florist and have for several years. Every delivery is on time and perfect. Last valentines day I inadvertently set the delivery date as 2/15 and instead of just taking the order, they did me solid with a phone call to make sure that I actually wanted it the day after V-day. The flowers are always beautiful and arranged perfectly. I always recommend them to people I know and will continue to use them ever time I send flowers."

"I would not use this florist under any circumstances! They rejected an order to be delivered in their area because it came in at $1 under their minimum order. When questioned, they responded, "I am just trying to maintain our minimum. If I continually take orders below, then I have no minimum. I realize its only $1, but in a year that adds up. I hate to loose your business. Our customers here in Ponte Vedra are mostly upper class and we try to keep a high quality standard." Obviously, this is terrible communication (and spelling) regarding customer service, or lack thereof. First, they were willing to give up any potential future business for a dollar. The staff time taken to refuse our order most certainly outweighed the loss of a single dollar! Second, talking down to a potential client by suggesting that their clientele is upper class and we are not does not make me want to use their obviously-overpriced services. Save a buck and look for other florists in the area. They do exist!"
