"Two carnation heads were off unpon arrival, all greenery on daisy’s were brown and slimy and 3 of the ($37 for a dozen) snapdragons were broken and unusable, they were also barely half bloomed. Very disappointing. Roses and purple aster were pretty. A lot of the eucalyptus was not usable for bouquets."

"I ordered boutonnières, coursages, and some Bells of Ireland and Asters from here, they arrived in a UPS van, in an unrefrigerated box. I misted the flowers and placed them in my refrigerator as soon as they came in. However I checked on them the next morning ( the day before my wedding) the boutonnières fell apart, the coursages are still wilted, and bells of ireland unusable for my bouquets. The Asters were small and not at all what I was expecting. I requested a refund in the specified amount of time on their website and was offered a redelivery of the same flowers I had received. I advised I had found a local florist who would take care of this issue and I wanted a refund. They have not responded since that request and have not refunded my money either. I’m disputing it with my credit card now and will be refunded. Do NOT use this service as you are nothing more than a number."

"BunchesDirect was by far the most affordable option I could find to purchase our wedding flowers which I was thrilled about! The ordering process was very easy and the flowers arrived on time. When I opened the box everything was packaged very nicely. All of the bouquets had wet green floral foam at the ends of the flowers to keep them hydrated. However, the box felt very warm inside and the flowers were just shipped in a regular cardboard box. Usually, when I order flowers, they are in a cool insulated box or they have an insulated liner to keep flowers fresh. There was also no plant food in the box and no care instructions. All of the flowers I had ordered were cream white roses. My bridal bouquet had cream white, purple, and pink flowers in it. It was very pretty, but actually wasn’t what I ordered. The one I ordered had lace accents in it, but the one I received had babies’ breath instead. It still looked nice, so I just went with it and didn’t have time to contact BunchesDirect to nitpick 2 days before the wedding. BunchesDirect ships their roses in bud form, so they still have the guard petals (you pick these off). Flowers usually look bad with the guard petals (people may not know this) and nearly every rose needed to be groomed and the outer layers of petals needed to be removed before I got to the nice part of the rose. Some of the roses were a bit smashed and some of the inside petals were already turning brown. So, I would say that white roses may be risky to order. I think a colored flower wouldn’t show the brown as easy. Overall, the flowers looked very nice for the wedding and I think photographed well!"
