"I was trying to support a local florist and saw this one had good reviews. Ordered delivery online last night for Mother’s Day but did not receive confirmation. Called to confirm order today and was hung up on twice. Called again and store answered without greeting and I waited for two minutes while they spoke with another customer. Called back 5 more times and phone was “off the hook”. Since I’m ordering from out of town, I can’t go in person. I’m going to have to call my credit card company directly as I’m unable to contact the store or even leave a voicemail. Update: following posting of this message, I was contacted by the owner. They apologized and agreed to cancel my order."
"Excellent eye for quality, detail, and construction. We had them make rose+eucalyptus garlands for a wedding car, and make a bridal bouquet. Garland stayed completely together at normal driving speeds, and then got used as garland for the wedding arch. Excellent, beautiful, and very fragrant roses!"
