"Received a platter and although the fruit looked beautiful it tasted and smelled like mistolin. It tasted and smelled of chemicals used for cleaning. When I took it back the whole store smelled like that cleaning solution. The manager said she didn't smell anything. Although she gave me a credit grudgingly, I will never go back and eat anything from there. She refused to credit my cousin's account .. if you like your fruit to taste like cleaning solution, then buy your fruit there by all means."

"The delivery guy went above and beyond to make sure my Edible Arrangement was delivered. The person I sent a Birthday Arrangement to was not in the office that day, to my surprise, the office was actually closed that day! But the delivery guy contacted him and was able to get the arrangement to him. He was pleasantly surprised, and I was very happy that he was able to deliver the arrangement to him on his birthday! Delicious products and excellent service! I’ll definitely order again and recommend them to family and friends!"

"My experience with the Miami Edible Arrangement team was one of the best customer service encounters I have had in decades. My order was scheduled for delivery (Friday) for a date the recipient was not at work. The delivery person immediately called me to ask if there was an alternate address (there wasn't as this order was destined for a business colleague). He assured me the order would be made fresh again the next business day. (Monday)I was also contacted by someone in the Edible Arrangement office confirming the same. I offered to make an additional payment for the inconvenience created by my error of scheduling the delivery on a date the recipient was not at work. I was told time and again there was no added cost for this service. I received an email from my colleague early Monday morning thanking me with assurance the fruit was fresh and the looked wonderful. All of this extra, exceptional service with no additional fee. Many,, many thanks to the entire Miami team."
