"Highly recommend. I ordered flowers for a funeral, a casket spray. They were patient on the phone as I kept trying to decide what I wanted. The spray was gorgeous. Highly recommend. The price was excellent for what I received. I did call 2 other shops but Tosca won. FYI - to compare prices fairly across shops ask how many roses, carnations, babies breath, etc. are in the arrangement."

I described to the lady what I wanted and since I was ordering over the phone I just asked for them to do their best. The lady called me back twice to discuss options. They delivered on time. "Absolutely horrendous flowers were delivered for a wedding. They show you a book of examples for you to choose from and the results are horrible. I asked for two dozens of flowers and got only 20. I asked for the glass vase and got a blue plastic piece of crap. Those flowers gave a terrible impression of myself. DO NOT GO HERE. Spend your money some place else"
