"Very huge store with a wide range of electronics. Great process. Hit and miss with customer care. Few attendants and the ones standing on the door will play on their mobile phones and not give you much attention. This place will eventually fail if customer care is not improved. I would recommend if you only know what you’re looking for. But if you want to learn about the product you want to buy then you’re wasting your time here."
"The worst customer service on the planet and the store manager seems to be too busy to attend to her customers. I was told by one of her managers that she was busy and that I had to wait around until she was available. I left. I called customer service and requested secifically for her to call me. The same guy I spoke with at the store called me and said that she was still busy and that he would ask her to call me. Lovely to go in circles. As if my my time was not valuable!"
"I waited an hour to just pick up a product (said it was available online, but turns out their inventory system hasn’t worked for months), the virtual queue process was a joke seeing the number of employees joking around and not helping anyone. Multiple customers were getting upset waiting for extended time… no wonder people shop online with this quality of service"

During a recent complication with my card at Best Buy, Adrian resolved the matter with exceptional patience and understanding, making me feel both important and appreciated. His approach not only defused my anxiety but also inspired my return to the store. The next day, I encountered Saba while exchanging an item, and I was equally impressed by his comprehensive understanding of the products and his sincere enthusiasm for assisting me. "We stopped by to do a return and it was handled quickly and without hassle. Refund was done. We needed a new printer and they had the perfect one for us that also happened to be on sale. It was going to be shipped. It arrived today just 3 days after we bought it. Great service all around. Easy parking in the garage. Everything went smoothly ."
