What arrived for my MIL as her Christmas gift during COVID is terrible. I would not use this place again. Steer clear."

"I could not have asked for a better experience! From the ordering process to the delivery, everything was truly seamless and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! The occasion for these flowers was very important to me as it would have been my niece’s 28th birthday today, but she passed away in a tragic car accident earlier this year. I wanted the flowers that I sent to my sister to be perfect and they were. A stunning bouquet of 28 sunflowers and I didn’t realize until I saw the photo that was sent to me at delivery that a butterfly was included with the ribbon. I don’t know how they knew, but butterflies were her favorite. Thank you for honoring her memory and our first birthday without her in the most sensitive and caring way.
