"Worst flower arrangement I’ve ever received &, to add insult to injury, the sassiest customer service. Not only was the bouquet delivered not what my mother in law ordered, half the flowers wilted by that evening, & the whole thing was trash bound by the 3rd day. My MIL spent over $130 (almost $200 Canadian) for what should have been a large centerpiece & instead they delivered a small arrangement I could have paid $30 for at Costco. The “nicest” flowers were a single withered hydrangea & lilies with broken stems. The kicker, however, is the shamelessness of the store rep who not only didn’t own up to the fact that the product delivered was not what was ordered, but instead processed to argue about how long she “waited” when delivering the flowers. Even though we have her on camera for all of a minute at best. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Terrible experience with this florist, the flowers delivered were not what was ordered, they died within one day (they claim because they were left outside too long), not the case, terrible customer service. I paid almost $200.00 for a bouquet and expected something beautiful. I will not use them again."

They have such great prices and most importantly, very pleasant, polite and also bilingual (english, spanish and portuguese)fantastic service!!! The flowers are amazing ! The decoration at the ceremony was gorgeous and elegant. Everything was decorated with passion. They work very hard, always IN TIME. they are responsible workers who are always ready to listen to what you really want and willing to give you smart advices. If you want to trust a company to decorate your wedding/event, you MUST have The Florist at Flamingo."
