"Tried to open a bank account here, called numerous times requesting to speak to manager so I could open a heavily funded business bank account, wanted to speak to a manager so they could explain some parts of the process as this was a massive opening deposit. Employee Alejandro refused to give me their contact information, did not follow up even though he said he would numerous times, very rude, eventually telling me the bank didn’t want my business because I said I wanted to speak to the manager and not him. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Would also recommend that management gets rid of Alejandro."
