"If I could give zero stats I would. I had my ring sized down, when I got back home with it I noticed you could see the line where they put it back together, not even three weeks after I had the ring from being sized it broke right where the visible line was. I took my ring back the day after it broke and asked what they could do about it and they wanted me to pay even more money for them to fix it when I didn't even have it a month before it broke. This is poor customer service and I found it to be a poor job done in the first place I would not recommend that anyone go here and I will not be back there worst experience I've ever had with a jeweler, poor quality of service."

Madelyn was fantastic! I cannot express how comfortable she made us both feel in helping us pick out just the right selection. It had to be sized up, but still, it was promised to be ready before Christmas. Best of all, they gave me a 10% Military discount and $450 for my old ring! Thank You Williams.
