"Yanet Nuñez was extremely condescending to me and my mother. First off, Don't patronize me... It felt she knew my question before I asked, she cut me off 3 times. Monica The manager heard her, and came to our rescue. We wanted to ask about the 4.00% interest cd promotion, all we wanted to know what happens when it matures. I have some funds in a big box bank and know I'm hesitant on transferring over because I'm afraid of getting this type of treatment. Upper management needs to revise her position if they want to survive in this market. Kudos down DCFCU, You can do better."

Mother Loves Daughters:

"TREATED ME LIKE I WAS TRYING TO SCAM them with a check written out to me by one of their members. I provide all the ID information rewired and they called the member who verified that they wrote me a 1k check. They then stated that the member couldn't remember the check number and the member date looked like it was altered even after speaking directly to the member. I even advised them that the same member wrote a check out to me last month for 2k but the ASSISTANT MANAGER did not car. She just continued making excuses as to why they couldn't cash a valid check. I truly believe they were racially profiling . I will never return to this location."

"I just want to say that when I first walked into the bank I was angry and frustrated. Miguel offered to assist me and took care of every need I had. Explained things in a manner that was totally understandable. He is very patient and friendly. He knows how to have a conversation and complete the task at hand. Thank you Miguel for being such a wonderful person. DCFCU should be happy to have you as a asset to there establishment."
